    This is a stop button on the entire foreclosure process. It forces the bank to cancel the auction - even if it is scheduled for tomorrow morning.

  • Force the Bank to Accept Your Plan: You can spread your missed payments over up to 5 years - often at 0% interest.

    A New Chance for Approval: Stopping the foreclosure forces the bank to pay attention. This "time out" often motivates bank to approve a loan modification, even if you have been denied in the past.

    They Cannot Force You to Sell: The plan buys you time to list your property and sell it for full value, preserving the money you would have lost at auction.

  • I can consolidate your credit cards, personal loans, and medical bills into one payment based on what you can afford - not what the banks demand.

    You will pay back a reduced balance at 0% interest, allowing you to eliminate the debt much faster than you could on your own.
